happy Be Nice To Rocks day
I had the interaction I was dreading and it was dreadful but helpful.
and I showered and am having an easier time of things today so far. Later I will plan on going to the fancy grocery store to get the fancy parmesan so I can make boring but tasty gf* pasta for dinner.

ETA: Today seems like an okay if not great day to try to stay upright (not lie down for a nap or rest) for the entire day
ETA again: I did not succeed lol
