- why are there icons? why could I post with more than one icon?
- what about aliases?
- like can I comment on a post and then post another comment using a different icon?
- I'm sure there's reasons people would want to do that but I can't think of any
- I have not yet found reasons to tag my posts or add other meta info
- if I use a tag for a given post I pretty much have to use that exact tag for posts I want to group together
- I'm not gonna confine myself like that! That's what I'm getting at: tags feel confining right now.
- there's age restrictions; if I set an age restriction, do I *need* to state a reason? or is it just for like trigger warnings/content warnings and the like?
- how do I decide if I want to post something

- I did not succeed at fixing my laptop but I did do 2/3rds of my laundry
- gotta book travel to be with family *only* on the same days my sister will be in town
- but I'm going to see GY!BE and that's important to me
- so I'll want to leave mad early on the 20th I guess?

lmao I hit "post" before actually finishing writing this 1 "how do I know if I want to post something" was supposed to be "how do I know if I want to post something with an age restriction or protected/visible only to approved users who requested that privilege vs does it really even matter" to which the answer is "nothing matters"

overall I like writing here. reminds me of some of the old days I would try to keep my streak going on 750words.com and I'd write every day, but I can point people to stuff here if I want. maybe I'll try writing here every day?
